  1. What are three goals you want to achieve this year, and why are they important to you?
  2. Describe your dream life one year from now. What steps can you take to get closer to it?
  3. What is one habit you want to start, and how will it improve your daily life?
  4. What is one goal you've been putting off? What’s holding you back?
  5. Write about a skill or hobby you’ve always wanted to learn. How can you make time for it this year?

Mindset & Attitude

  1. What mindset do you want to embrace this year, and how will it impact your life?
  2. Write a letter to your future self congratulating yourself on the progress you’ve made.
  3. What limiting beliefs about yourself are you ready to let go of in the new year?

Vision & Reflection

  2. What are three things you’re most grateful for right now, and how can gratitude shape your year?
  3. Reflect on the previous year—what lessons did you learn, and how can you apply them moving forward?
  4. Write about the person you want to become. What changes are necessary to align with that vision?
  5. If this year had a theme, what would it be? Why?
